Most content turn to noise.
Because they are no different than others.
When your audience consumes your content, 2 things can happen:
They associate the content with a perception they already had in mind
They associate the content with a perception YOU𫵠intentionally want and enforce
The second practice is what we call, Branding.
â Intentional pairing of relevant things done consistently.
Therefore a brand is the audienceâs inherent association of those paired things.
You get to decide if you want your content, ads, offers, products â and everything in between â have a unique personality, or theyâre just another like others in the market.
One of the best and most operational frameworks for defining a brand, is one from caleb ralston.
I gave you a Brand Voice Document Prompt previously. Itâs time now to give you this framework plus a master prompt, so you can build your Brand Strategy Document in minutes, instead of paying thousands to agencies to do it for you.

Brand Framework
Building a brand isnât about guesswork, itâs about intentional strategy.
After you go through your ICP research step, itâs time to define exactly how you want your audience to perceive you.
This Brand Framework simplifies this process into four key questions that help you reverse-engineer your success. Instead of aimlessly creating content or hoping your brand takes off, this exercise ensures that every action you take aligns with your long-term vision.
By answering these four questions, youâll gain clarity on:
1ď¸âŁ The ultimate goal youâre working toward
2ď¸âŁ The reputation and positioning you need to achieve it
3ď¸âŁ The actions required to reinforce that reputation
4ď¸âŁ The skills and knowledge necessary to execute effectively
This isnât just a thought exercise â itâs a roadmap. Follow it, and youâll build a brand with purpose, consistency, and long-term impact.
Write down these 4 questions, and answer them one by one.
Align every decision with the answers.
Brand Story Framework
Your brand story isnât just a before - and - after transformation. Itâs a series of intentional decisions that shape how people see you.
Great brands arenât built on a single moment, theyâre built on consistency, distinction, and the right audience connections over time.
This 3 step worksheet will help you craft a brand story that evolves and remains relevant.
1ď¸âŁ The Catalyst (Why Your Brand Exists & Why It Matters)
2ď¸âŁ The Core Differentiator (What Makes You Different? Why People Should Care)
3ď¸âŁ The Proof (How You Reinforce Your Identity Over Time)
Letâs go through them 1 by 1.
1. The Catalyst(Why Your Brand Exists & Why It Matters):
Every brand starts because something needs to change. This isnât always a struggle, sometimes itâs an opportunity no one else saw.
Example:
Apple didnât start because Steve Jobs wanted to build a tech empire â it started because he saw a need for a user-friendly personal computer that could bring technology into everyday life, in a way that was intuitive and aesthetically appealing.
Ask yourself these questions:
What needs to change?
What do you see that others didnât?
Why do you feel the need to act?
2. The Core Differentiator(What Makes You Different & Why People Should Care):
A strong brand stands out, it doesnât blend in.
Blending in leads to being forgotten.
This doesnât mean being controversial for controversyâs sake. It means having a core conviction that is different from the market and sharing that.
Example:
Dove champions real beauty by promoting diversity and self-acceptance in its advertising, showing women of all shapes, sizes, and skin colors. This belief in breaking traditional beauty standards sets them apart in the cosmetics industry, appealing to a wide audience that feels underrepresented.
Ask yourself these questions:
What do I believe that others donât?
What about my personality / brand stands out?
What do people compliment me on that I can lean into?
Why would the audience care about this?
3. The Proof (How You Reinforce Your Identity Over Time):
A story isnât what you say, itâs what you prove over and over again.
Strong brands donât just have a past success story, they have an ongoing pattern of credibility.
Example:
GaryVee didnât just talk about content volume once â heâs proven it for 15+ years.
Ask yourself these questions:
How does every piece of content reinforce the associations I want people to make with me?
What case studies or examples can I share to establish credibility?
If someone hears my name, whatâs the first thing I want them to think of?
As an example, Letâs look at my personal brand story, using this framework:
Catalyst:
I see a gap in the market where businesses invest in marketing (Both organic content and paid advertising), but harmony and proper targeting is lacking from it.
The main problem is lack of clarity in big picture marketing strategy.
Using AI can also make solving this problem easier, and make the process more efficient â less time consuming.
Core Differentiator:
Creating a proper marketing strategy should not be complex, vague and difficult.
With AI and the tools we have today, we can focus solely on reality and operationalize complex processes.
Proof:
Aside from 10 years of startup marketing experience, I make and curate simple marketing systems and frameworks, use AI in the process, and share them for free with my audience.
Brand Strategy Master Prompt
I made the master prompt to make all this brand framework automated, so you can create your Brand Strategy Document in minutes rather than months.
The Master Prompt:
If you used the prompt, iâd like to know your feedback and document examples in the comments â
